Our services include personal care (bathing, grooming, mobility), homemaking (light housekeeping, meals, laundry), companionship, and errands. We invest in their growth through CNA certification, CPR training, and ongoing support—because when caregivers feel valued, clients receive the best care possible.
QC Vital Home Care was born from personal experience, professional frustration, and a deep desire to do better—for both caregivers and those they serve.
As a nurse and longtime healthcare professional, I witnessed firsthand how often aides—who are the very backbone of home care—were undervalued, overworked, and underpaid. I’ve been in their shoes. I’ve seen compassionate, dedicated workers give everything they had to care for clients, only to be dismissed or forgotten by the systems they supported. I was one of them.
After years of working in leadership roles across home care and hospice, I knew there had to be a better way. I started QC Vital Home Care to build the kind of agency I always wished existed—one where caregivers are respected, supported, and invested in, and where clients receive truly compassionate, consistent care they can count on.
